While Blizzard says it has no plans to bring Diablo IV to Xbox Game Pass, the head of the Xbox division said the company intends to put Activision Blizzard titles on its subscription service if the acquisition is approved by major regulators.

Last Tuesday (11), Microsoft won the legal battle against the FTC in the United States, bringing the completion of the acquisition of Activision closer. Now, the Xbox owner will need to speak to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA in the original acronym) in the UK and come to an agreement.
Released in June, Diablo IV is already one of Activision Blizzard’s biggest hits to date. In the first five days after launch on PlayStation, Xbox and PC, the title made US$666 million.
