Several points in El Salvador, including the historic center and Cidade Baixa, will host the Liberatum Festival from November 2 to 5, in the presence of Brazilian and international stars. The event will bring together key leaders from the worlds of arts, technology and business in an event that has already passed through 13 countries such as the UK, US, Turkey and India.
In a nod to Black Awareness Month, the first Brazilian edition of the festival will pay homage to Alcione. Among the first names announced were Lazaro Ramos and Tais Araujo, as well as British actress Naomi Campbell and American director Lee Daniels.

Guests will give lectures on “Salvador’s Vision and the Future”, “Diversity and Inclusion”, “Education” and “Leadership and Entrepreneurship”. In addition, free job training aimed at entrepreneurship will be provided. Also part of the program is a conference on climate change, a celebration of Bahian cuisine, and a free show with some of the key black artists from Bahia, Brazil, and the world.
The President of Liberatum stated that “the festival brings this to Brazil with an international vision as paradigm shift agents for events of this magnitude. For us, having the Liberatum festival in El Salvador is more than an opportunity, it is a necessary achievement.” Brazil, Philip Ratz.
