Banco do Brasil customers can receive R$1 billion on Monday (30); Find out if you’re on the list

Does Banco do Brasil have to distribute profits to customers?

  • Earlier this month, the bank distributed its profits for the second quarter of this year.

  • Now, an additional R$1 billion will be provided in terms of dividends;

Banco do Brasil updated the dividend to R$0.18660197784 per share. This happened due to the change in interest rate.

Payment will be made directly to the accounts of shareholders who had shares in their portfolio on September 11, 2024. Those who purchased shares as of August 22 will not be entitled to receive the amounts.

Payment started last Friday (9/27). Therefore, shareholders should check their account balances.

Moreover, they can automatically reinvest the dividends earned through Dividend Reinvestment Programs (DRIPs).
