After Grey’s Anatomy co-star Ellen Pompeo and show host Krista Vernoff left the attraction, another infection was confirmed over the next few weeks.
According to Deadline, Kelly McCreary actress Maggie Pearce is leaving the series after nine seasons.
The actress may also return in other episodes as a special guest. McCreary’s final appearance in the established cast, including The Undertaker, will be on April 13 in the United States. She commented on leaving on social media.
Nine seasons, 200 episodes, dozens of heroic surgeries, countless brave patients, dozens of delightful scenes at sister’s house, episode with my sister in real life, some loss and heartache, ghostly visits from moms, a handful of boyfriends, two parties. The beautiful wedding, a series of drunken tantrums, a high-speed chase, several awkward dinners, and a punch (and punch).”
“At least one fall, I’ve shed buckets of tears, countless fits of laughter, a mastery of medical terminology, a string of lifelong friends, countless collaborators who have made me grow as an artist, a grateful heart and a huge thank you. What a journey!”, added the actress.
“Prone to fits of apathy. Problem solver. Twitter buff. Wannabe music advocate.”
