The city of Amarillo, Texas, last week asked for help with a strange task: to identify this strange creature, captured with a security camera, and to walk around the local zoo.
Zoo workers were casually looking at CCTV footage when they came across the photo, according to a report from the director of the Amarillo Department of Parks and Recreation. According to him, none of the employees was able to determine what it is.
The city then posted the creature’s photo on social media, and said it was taken in the early hours of May 21.
“Amarillo Zoo took a strange photo in the dark near the zoo in the early hours of May 21 (around 1:25 am). Is it someone in a weird hat who likes to roam around at night? Chupacabra? Do you have any idea what OANI could be?” Unknown Amarillo Object)?
