Emergency Aid 2021: Caixa launches third batch withdrawals and transfers for those born in April; See calendars | Emergency assistance

Payment of the third installment of the aid expired on June 30, both for this public and for those who are part of the Bolsa Família.

Payments from Fourth batch The benefit begins July 19 for the general Bolsa Família and on July 23 for other beneficiaries (See calendars below).

Workers can check their eligibility status by requesting emergency assistance via the website auxilio.caixa.gov.br or by https://consultaauxilio.cidadania.gov.br/

To withdraw funds, you must log into the Caixa Tem app, select the option “Withdraw without a card” and “Create withdrawal code”.

After that, the worker must enter the password to display the swipe code on the cell phone screen, valid for one hour.

The code must be used for cash withdrawals at branches, lottery units or Caixa Aqui correspondents.

Caixa branches are open from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 1 pm. There is no need to get up early or arrive before business hours. All persons seeking assistance will be attended during business hours.

The option to use the resources restricted in a digital social savings account to make purchases, through a virtual debit card and QR code, pay bank vouchers, and utility and phone bills, among other services, is still available to beneficiaries.

With the Caixa Tem app, cardless payment functions are also available in nearly 13,000 bank lottery units.
