Lorde releases a new album in August and announces a tour; Brazil outside

Singer Lord announced, on Monday (21), the date of the release of her new album “Solar Power”, and the beginning of a tour that will pass through several countries. Unfortunately, Brazilian fans will have to wait to see the star live, as there are no shows in Latin America yet.

“I have a few important things to announce, so let’s go. The album will be released on August 20. It contains 12 songs and two more tracks,” the singer said in a statement.

The artist also brought details of what the upcoming tour will be like, and mentioned that upcoming shows will be more intimate.

“This is going to be a great tour. We just signed five new members for the band. This is, in a sentimental way, something of an intimate tour. Theaters and green fields instead of arenas. So you have to go there if you really want to go.”

The singer also said that pre-orders for UK, European and North American shows begin “this Thursday at 10am local time” (I have no idea what that means). New Zealand and Australia, pre-sale will begin next Wednesday, 30″.

The New Zealand singer-songwriter, author of the hits “Team” and “Royals”, has collected awards such as Grammy, Billboard, Brit Award, MTV VMA and others.
