TRF4 authorized the return of amounts paid by civil servants in Phases 1 and 2 from the Federal Court of the Fourth District in relation to Unimed. The authorization was signed on the afternoon of Thursday, the 10th of this month, by the President of the Court, Judge Fernando Cuadros.

At the end of September, Sintrajufe/RS submitted a letter to TRF4 requesting once again the return of the amounts paid in monthly fees and costs for the PAS for the year 2024 and, as previously requested, the return of the monthly fees for 2019 and 2020. The topic was discussed by the Federation with President Fernando Cuadros in interview The judge said in the conversation last Tuesday that after the bill and the October paper, he would have the accounts for 2024, but because there had been surpluses historically, the trend was to get the money back. Regarding the years 2019 and 2020, he explained that there were various discussions and understandings about the possibility of repayment, as it was a decision from another president of the court, without denying the possibility of repayment.

Today, Thursday, it was approved to return the amounts related to the months from January to November 2024. The President accepted the General Directorate’s proposal and decided to return the matter to it to take appropriate measures. Payment must be made with November payroll; As for the December paper, permission was given to reinstate the last jurisdiction.

Sintraufe/RS continues to require monthly fee refunds for 2019 and 2020, the only recent period in which fees have not been refunded.
