The complex will include ten buildings divided between the hotel, hospital and education sectors. The financial return is expected to reach 6 billion Brazilian reais. Construction work began in partnership with the World Trade Center (WTC) brand in April and has been named Sky 360. At a height of 106 meters and with a total area of ​​36,000 square meters, the building will be exclusively commercial and will have 180 rooms.
