Former President and Republican White House candidate Donald Trump said on Wednesday (7) that both Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, the Democratic candidate for the November elections, are “communists,” and suggested who will soon debate the Republican White House candidate: the current Vice President.
In an interview with the broadcaster Fox NewsThe former US President said that the Democratic Party ticket shares the ideas of Senator Bernie Sanders, one of the most progressive Democrats in the US Congress.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled” that Kamala made this “shocking choice,” he said.
Trump added that Walz is quite liberal and “probably” more so than Sanders.
“This group wants the country to become communist immediately, if not sooner. We don’t want security. We don’t want anything,” he said.
The former president also warned that Walz is more extreme than Kamala on issues like immigration and crime.
Trump also indicated that he would debate the current vice president soon. The Republican had recently said on social media that he would withdraw from the scheduled debate on the network. News letters Which would refer to a discussion in Fox News Alternatively.
