Housewife with 7 Kids Wins Miss USA Pageant, Reveals She’s Living in Brazil

Hannah Neeleman, 33, is a stay-at-home mom of seven in rural Utah, USA. At the end of August, her life changed completely when she was named Mrs. America 2023 to an overwhelming response. She quickly won over the audience and the judges who were there. The response went viral on social media in Brazil, the country where she once lived.

The question to her was, “When did you feel most empowered?” As a mother, the answer turned out to be motherhood. “I felt that feeling seven times, bringing these holy souls to Earth. Having held this newborn in my arms, the feeling of motherhood and bringing them back to Earth is the most powerful feeling I have ever felt,” Neelyman said to applause from the audience.

Although Hannah carried the Miss South Dakota sash in the pageant, she and her husband, Daniel, own a ranch in Camas, Utah.
