This includes Account Management, Games & Social, PlayStation Video, and PlayStation Store. The downtime affects PS4 and PS5 players and starts 11:46 AM Monday (1).
What services are affected if PSN is offline?
The following messages are displayed with PSN disabled on the official website:
- You may have difficulty signing in or creating a user account on PlayStation Network.
- You may have difficulty running games, applications, or network resources.
- You may have difficulty getting content from PlayStation Video.
- You may have difficulty obtaining products from the PlayStation Store.
While this intermittent period remains in place, coupons and other miscellaneous functions cannot be purchased, downloaded, or redeemed. Sony is “working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.” More updates coming soon!
