Santos lineup: Carril tests and teams up with Patati for Guilherme | Saints

Striker Wesley Patate was tested as a starter for Santos in training on Friday, at CT Rei Pele, and coach Fabio Carril is looking for alternatives to cover for the injured Guilherme and is testing the starting lineup.

Peixe will face Chapecoense, Monday, at 7 p.m., at Vila Belmiro, in the second division.

Formed in the Peixe academy, Patati started four games in the second division, scoring a goal, but then lost his place. The boy was even dropped from the player list twice in the last three games.

In addition to Patati, coach Fabio Carril conducted other tests in attack and defense, in light of the suspension of Argentine Escobar for receiving the third yellow card. Heiner could fill that role. However, the induction will only be announced on Sunday, the date of the last training session before facing Chibi.

Possible lineup includes: Gabriel Brazao; JP Shermont, Gil, Joachim and Hainer; Joao Schmidt, Diego Pitocca and Juliano; Pedrinho, Forch and Patati (Otero).
