Four people were rescued after 8 months of captivity in a joint operation carried out by Israeli forces on Saturday (June 8).

On Monday (June 10, 2024), the Israeli Police and Army released behind-the-scenes videos of the operation carried out in Gaza that rescued the four hostages captured by Hamas on Saturday (June 8, 2024).

The recording shows the Israeli army in a confrontation with members of the extremist group, in addition to the moment when three hostages boarded the helicopter after being rescued.

During the operation, the Israeli occupation forces raided, during daylight hours, two buildings in the central Gaza area. Daniel Hagari, a spokesman for the Israeli army, described the measure as… “wide”.

He added: “We will continue to do everything in our power to rescue the 120 kidnapped people who are still being held in Gaza. “We are determined to reach them too, and the mission will not be complete until everyone returns home.”He mentioned.

Gunmen from the extremist group had kidnapped the four hostages during the Hanova music festival in southern Israel, and they were taken to Gaza, where they were under the control of the fighters. After the rescue, they were sent for medical examinations and reunited with their families.
