Taiwan has rated Octopath Traveler for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, confirming that the game will be released on Sony consoles.
The committee that looks after the indicative classification of games in Taiwan recently rated Octopath Traveler for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 (via Gimatsu), which basically confirms that the game will be released on Sony consoles.
Octopath Traveler originally arrived in 2018 for Switch, followed by a release in 2019 for PC, in 2020 for Stadia and in 2021 for Xbox One, though Octopath Traveler 2 was released for Sony consoles alongside the PC and Switch versions. However, the original game was never made available for PlayStation.
In addition to Octopath Traveler for PlayStation, Octopath Traveler 2 for Xbox Series The game was officially announced for Xbox last September during the Tokyo Game Show, where Square Enix said it plans to release Octopath Traveler 2 for Xbox on “Early 2024”But this has not happened yet.
According to the page eXputerOctopath Traveler 2 will be released in June for Microsoft’s console and will be available via Xbox Game Pass. If true, the release date could be revealed next Sunday (9), during the Xbox Games Show.
