1. How many unilateral contract cancellations/terminations did the operator make in 2023 and 2024?

3. How many of these beneficiaries were undergoing treatment, how many needed ongoing health care or assistance, and how many were elderly or suffered from pervasive developmental disorders?
4. What is the age range of beneficiaries whose plans were cancelled?

“Senacon is committed to ensuring that healthcare providers respect consumers’ rights, and provide transparency and security. We are taking stringent measures to ensure these abuses are curbed and beneficiaries’ needs are met with dignity and respect,” said National Consumer Minister, Wadih Damous.
