Google Workspace is gaining new AI features with the debut of Gemini 1.5 Pro

New features powered by generative artificial intelligence (AI) are coming to Workspace apps, including Gmail, Docs, Drive, Slides and Sheets, as Google announced during the I/O 2024 conference on Tuesday (14). The additions are part of Gemini 1.5 Pro, the latest version of the language model.

If you receive large volumes of emails and it’s difficult to read each one, now you can rely on it Gmail’s “Summary” function. When activated, it analyzes selected messages and displays a summary with conversation highlights, helping save time.
