Edo Drasena ended his career as a player in 2018 at Palmeiras Club. Off the field, he worked as a football advisor for Palmeiras and then as technical coordinator for Santos, in 2022.
The former defender has a great history at Cruzeiro, where he played between 2003 and 2006. In Toca da Raposa 2, he was the champion of the Brazilian League, the Copa do Brasil and the Mineiro Championship in 2003, a series known as the Triple Crown. He also lifted the State Cup in 2004 and 2006.
In total, Edu Drasena scored 13 goals in 161 appearances for Cruzeiro.
Unveiled by Guarani in 1999, Drasena also defended Greece's Olympiacos, Turkey's Fenerbahce, Santos, Corinthians and Palmeiras.
In his career as an athlete, Dracena also played for Brazilian youth and major teams.
