According to the Reclame AQUI website, by 2pm, Friday (24), consumers had already registered 9,497 complaints, surpassing the entire day of November 25, 2022 (the date of Black Friday 2022), when 9,329 complaints were registered.

The most prominent problems recorded by consumers were related to delays in delivery, at a rate of 16.89%. Then false advertising (16.03%); Product not received (15%); Refunds (9.74%) and problems completing the purchase (4.44%).

Data from Reclame AQUI taken from 12 noon on Wednesday (22nd) until 2pm on Friday. Among the most complained about products is the delivery service (7.79%); tennis (4.59); Perfumes (3.72%); Credit cards (2.84%) and T-shirts (2.62%).

Even as the volume of complaints increases, the classification of problems and companies remains the same. The 10 brands that receive the most complaints from consumers remain the same, according to Reclame AQUI.

Overall, Black Friday 2023 complaints continue to be concentrated in three main categories of businesses: major online retailers, cosmetics/perfume brands, and digital payment methods.
