Aracati Scholarship holders stand out at ENICIT 2023 — Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará IFCE

Work developed by scholarship students at the IFCE Aracati Campus was featured at the Scientific and Technological Initiation Meeting (ENICIT 2023) held by IFCE this month in Limuero do Norte (CE). The event was attended by undergraduate and technical students and their advisors, as well as representatives from all IFCE branches. The topics of the presented works cover different areas of knowledge for the coordination of personnel improvement in higher education (CAPES): exact and earth sciences, biological sciences, engineering, health sciences, agricultural sciences, applied social sciences, humanities, linguistics. , Arts and Literature, multidisciplinary.

Integrated Area 05, which also includes the campuses of Jaguaruana, Limuer do Norte, Morada Nova, Quixada, Tabolero do Norte and Jaguaribe, included students from Aracati, with the following projects and placements involved:

• “Using the 3D Printer to Develop Educational Materials,” written by Alan Kevin Matos Moreira, and supervised by Francisco Adelson Matos Sales. The work won third place in the field of exact and earth sciences;

• “LISI Portal: Learning, Inclusion and Development,” by Jasmim de Castro Gundem; Ingrid de Castro Gundem; Livia Leticia Lima Gundim; Solenn Ferreira Lima da Costa, under the supervision of Marcia de Negreros Viana, obtained first place in the field of Social Sciences, Humanities, Linguistics, Literature and Arts;

• “Trilha do Sol” written by Francisco Italo Nunes da Silva; Luan Fernandez from France; Sebastião Teixeira de Lima Filho; Francisco Italo Nunes da Silva; Errico Fernandez Nunes; Gabriel Silva Pimentel, under the supervision of Marcia de Negreros Viana, achieved second place in the field of Social Sciences, Humanities, Linguistics, Literature and Arts.

The Scientific and Technological Initiation Meeting of IFCE – 2023 (ENICIT 2023) is a mandatory event for Scientific Initiation Grants (PIBIC, PIBIC AF, PIBIC Jr, PIBIC Jr AF), Technological Initiation (PIBITI) and Volunteers (PEVPI- FC / PICTV) of IFCE and aims to Monitor and evaluate the work of the student researcher, in accordance with the internal standards of IFCE and national funding bodies. This event aims to cater for scholarship notifications and also serves as a space for dissemination of research and innovation projects developed at IFCE. Moreover, it is an event linked to the National Science and Technology Week 2023 of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, with the theme “Basic Science for Sustainable Development”.
