The court notified Real Arenas, the WTorre company responsible for managing Allianz Parque, on Friday (16), regarding a debt to Palm trees. The club receives 128 million Brazilian riyals, referring to transfers that have not been made by the company stipulated in the stadium contract since its opening.
Through the court procedure, Real Arenas has three working days to pay the amount that Verdão is charging, that is, until next Wednesday (21). If the amount is not settled, the company has 15 days to respond to the action, with potential exposure to liens and other actions if it does not respond to the dispute.
