‘As Branquelas’ actor kicked off plane in US on charges of disturbing the peace | Celebrities

Actor Marlon Wayans was kicked off a United Airlines flight in the US after he was accused of “disturbing the peace”. Now 50 years old and mainly remembered for his role in the comedy ‘As Branculas’ (2004), the comedian took to his Instagram account to deny the allegations that led to his removal from the plane.

Wayans said he argued with a flight attendant about the size of his luggage. He said the flight attendant scolded him for carrying excess luggage, some of which was larger than allowed on the plane.

“The guy said I had a lot of bags, so when I finally put them away, he said, ‘Okay, you should check them,'” the actor recounted in an Instagram video. “Most of the employees are nice, but every once in a while you run into the worst. He’s one of them. United, employees like this shouldn’t be working at your company.”

Witnesses told TMZ that Wayans was forced off the plane at the behest of the Denver Police Department. He had to leave the flight after a heated argument with the flight attendant.

“The guy lied that I hit him. I never touched him. He wished he had some power. I have flown over 15 million miles in my lifetime and never had a single problem. Everyone who knows me knows I’m a good guy.

He concluded, “I’m going to make all my friends and family stop flying United. It became a legal issue. Counsel for United Airlines has yet to comment publicly on the actor’s allegations. Check out one of the actor’s posts shortly after getting off the plane:
