Via Uno went bankrupt and was bought by RR Shoes

You’ve probably already worn some shoes from the brand via Uno. The company targeted bankruptcy from the world of women, and as a final destination, they both ended up at an auction where they were sold for R$6 million.

In the sales package there were 34 franchised stores and all this now belongs to JR Group Marcas e Franquias, from Santo Antônio da Patrulha (RS). The information was provided by the bankruptcy trustee, Laurence Bica Medeiros.

In case you are not familiar with JR, he is a Brand Manager and his partner is the famous entrepreneur Ramon Rabelo, who owns RR Shoes, located in Santo Antônio da Patrulha. Since Via Uno has filed for bankruptcy, it was responsible for the production of the brand’s shoes.

But, the brand still has a few properties up for auction. That’s because the fake brand still has three vacant buildings in Novo Hamburgo. One of them is worth R$10 million and is in dispute with a bank. In addition, the bankrupt property still owns R$300,000 worth of equipment and machinery.
