Less power in the Fiat Pulse

Due to the lack of a flex system, the performance numbers for the Fiat Pulse in Argentina change slightly in relation to the Brazilian system. The 1.3 Firefly four-cylinder engine generates 99 hp versus 98 hp from the Brazilian Pulse when fueled with gasoline. With ethanol it reaches 107 hp.

Already the 1.0 turbocharged three-cylinder 125 hp in Argentina and Brazil when supplied with gasoline. Our flex version gets 130 horsepower, but that’s when you use a fuel derived from sugarcane. The transmission is unchanged: 5-speed manual for the naturally aspirated 1.3 engine, CVT for the Drive 1.3 engine and for the Empitus 1.0 turbo.
