Iguatemi (IGTI11) recorded total sales of R$3.3 billion in the first quarter of 2022 (Q1 22), an increase of 14.8% over the same period in 2019.

Petrobras (PETR3; PETR4) is holding its Ordinary General Meeting (AGO), this Wednesday, at 15:00, which should elect New State Council. Shareholders should evaluate the names indicated by the Ministry of Mines and Energy: José Mauro Ferreira Coelho, to chair the company, and Marcio Andrade Webber, to chair the board.

Petrokonkavo (RECV3)
PetroRecôncavo (RECV3) recorded average daily production of 19,455 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) in the first quarter of 2022, a result 42.6% higher than that recorded at the same point in 2021.
Daily production was 1,9792 barrels-equivalent in March of this year, an increase of 0.3% over production in February of the same year.
totvs (TOTS3) and Itaú (ITUB4)
totvs (TOTS3) entered into a contract to create a joint venture with Itaú Unibanco ([ativo=ITUB4), denominada Totvs Techfin, plataforma digital de serviços financeiros para pequenas e médias empresas.
A plataforma integra uma gama completa de serviços financeiros com os sistemas de gestão Totvs, facilitando contratação, distribuição e definição de condições com o uso inteligente de dados transacionais.
Totvs e Itaú deterão, cada um, 50% de participação na Joint Venture.

In the first quarter of ’22, consolidated VSO (over-sales, in PSV) was 20%, down 1.4 percentage points from the previous quarter of VSO.
Cancellations represented 3% of total sales, equivalent to R$4 million and 9 units, 3 of which were resold during the same quarter.
Cury (CURY3) reported that net sales value (PSV) reached R$753.4 million, setting a new record. The value represents an increase of 23.2% over the previous quarter and 27.6% over the same period in the previous year.
In the first quarter of ’22, the quarterly net SOS was 41.4%, compared to 43.5% in the first quarter of ’21 and 37.9% in the fourth of ’21.
In Q1 22, 5 projects were launched, 3 of which are located in SP and 2 in RJ, with a total PSV value of R$ 781.2 million, an increase of 32.3% over the same period of the previous year.

Plano & Plano (PLPL3) recorded net sales (100% Plano & Plano) of R$371.5 million in the first quarter of 2022, 10.8% higher than the first quarter of 21 and 22.0% higher than the fourth quarter of 21. The result was a new quarterly sales record for Plano & Plano.
In the first quarter, the construction company launched 3 new projects, with a total gross sales volume (PSV) of R$267.6 million, which represents a growth of 161.0% compared to R$102.5 million launched in the first quarter of 2021.
Melnick (MELK3) reported net sales of R$87 million between January and March 2022, a decrease of 20.2% compared to the same quarter of 2021.
The construction company launched three projects worth R$578.5 million in Gross Sales Value (PSV) in the first quarter of 2022. The sales launch velocity (VSO) was 27% in the quarter.
Even (EVEN3) recorded net sales of R$252 million in the first quarter of 2022, a decrease of 56.9% compared to the same period in 2021.
Consolidated sales velocity (VSO) for the quarter was 8%, with 28% of launches.
In the first quarter of 2022, the company launched five projects with a total of 778 million R$ (405 million R$ up to %).
Newenergy (NEOE3)
Neoenergia (NEOE3) reported that the volume of distributed power fell 1.30% in the first quarter of 2022 in an annual comparison.
Itaúsa (ITSA4) has reported that the NISA merger has been approved by Nova Transportadora do Sudeste (NTS), which carries out natural gas transportation activities.
