Corinthians has three players called up to the Brazilian national under-17 team. See the list

On Friday, the coach of the Brazilian U-17 national team, Philippe Leal, released the first team list for the preparation period for the South American Championship of the category, which will be played in 2023. It features three representatives of Corinthians.

Defender William, midfielder Bahia and striker Pedro are the three Corinthians players on the list drawn up by coach Philippe Leal. The trio were part of the Corinthians Under-15 team last year and the most notable win in the category was the Bahrain Cup in October.

Pedro and Bahia were already a frequent part of the call-ups born in 2006. However, defender William was selected for the first time in Friday’s roster.

The training period will take place at Granja Comary, the training center for the Brazilian national team, from 6-15 March. 2022 will be the year of preparation for the basic categories of the Brazilian national team, with all official FIFA and Conmebol competitions taking place next year.

Corinthians continues to prepare for the U-17 team season. This week, coach Guilherme Dalla Déa introduced himself to the cast and began working with this class.
