The new version of global success arrived Thursday evening (27) and secured the Brazilian summer match
The world’s largest funk producer and DJ DENNIS teamed up with top producers KVSH and The Otherz to create a new version of the world’s biggest Latin song, “Pepas,” composed by Puerto Rican Farruko. The track, which promises to give the Brazilian summer face to the hit song worldwide, hit all audio platforms on Thursday (27) at 21pm.
Peppas has the numbers and records that have made Farrocco among the greatest Latin artists of today. In Brazil, the track peaked on the Pro-Música chart, becoming the #1 Latin single for 16 consecutive weeks. On the radio, the song became the 23rd most-played Latin single in 2021. The song is GOLD certified with a combined 13 million streams.

“Pepas” is one of the biggest hits at the moment and we wanted to suggest a new release for the Brazilian summer. Pepas has become a global phenomenon topping the streaming charts, with over 700 million streams combined, it has been #1 in 9 countries and popular in over 22 countries. Farruko’s celebratory song also became a huge hit on platforms like REELS and TikTok. The music video has already garnered more than 300 million views. “Pepas” is also the most popular song in Spanish and performed by a Latin artist, on Spotify’s Top 50 Global Chart and even reached TOP 3 Global on Spotify – currently, it’s TOP #12.

In September 2021, Farruko performed a Pepas Remix version with superstar DJ David Guetta to help elevate the already epic track to another level of club dominance around the world.
