Sedecti and Idam demonstrate actions to expand research dissemination on the Rhisa Network platform

In order to expand the dissemination of scientific research and technical studies developed in the state of Amazonas, the State Secretariat for Economic Development, Science, Technology and Innovation (Sedecti) met on Wednesday morning (25/8), representatives of a sustainable organization. The Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Development of the State of Amazonas (EDAM) to illustrate a partnership focused on the Human Resources and Intelligence Network platform for Amazon Sustainability (RISA Network).

Sedecti’s Executive Secretary for Science, Technology and Innovation Tatiana Schorr, who is also coordinating the Rhisa Network, explained that the idea was to publish Idam’s research in favor of the sustainable development of the Amazon region.

“We have come to an agreement, at today’s meeting, that we will work on the Rhisa Network platform to adapt to Idam requirements, because Sedecti’s goal, through the Executive Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation (Secti), is to enhance technical assistance, through access to productive STI knowledge In the country, both in the field of research in educational institutions, as well as what Edam himself produces, the Secretary explained, stressing that the intent of the partnership it is important to appreciate the technical production carried out by the Institute, through the Rhisa network, as he understands that this is the best mechanism for strengthening the ST&I system in Amazon.

For Idam’s artistic director, Thomas Sanchez, the partnership will be of great importance as it will provide “more publicity” for the institute’s projects.

This partnership aims to provide greater publicity and, in the future, to try to bring our research to the platform, in artistic and formal forms, so that they can support other research and scientific work, directed in a unified manner. We will harmonize the disclosure of technical information produced in local Edam units, in 62 municipalities and 64 offices so that we can better advertise the work done in the primary sector, with regard to production rates, technical performance and all alternatives available to them if they are developed, as well as the specifics Every culture, in every municipality,” Sanchez explained.

The Rhisa Network aims to enhance communication with more than 40 thousand researchers and entities, through a platform dedicated to disseminating and promoting projects and solutions in the field of science and technology, for the benefit of the sustainable development of the Amazon region. The initiative is part of the partnership between the State Secretariat for Economic Development, Science, Technology and Innovation (Sedecti), through the Executive Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation (Secti), with the Acariquara Institute, Federal University of Amazonas (Ufam) and Instituto Clima e Sociedade (iCS).
